Thermoprene produces electronic enclosures from rigid plastics, such as PVC and ABS, but aluminum extrusions are most common for these applications. Most enclosures are produced with screw bosses on the ID and card slots configured to accept the contents of the enclosure. Mating parts can also be produced in powder coated, wet paint and anodized finishes to match the enclosure finish. Some enclosures are produced in two sections, which can be unique or identical (self mating). A two-piece enclosure may be less expensive to produce, and can be produced at closer tolerances than a hollow enclosure. Thermoprene is confident they can assist you with any of your
